Session 4 – Classical Dance Course – 30th July to 11th august 2018 – Mende

Artistic Director: Irina IZAMBERT-ARMAND

After a brilliant training in classical and contemporary dance at the Regional Radiation Conservatory of Saint-Maur and in parallel with a complete musical curriculum, Irina IZAMBERT-ARMAND joined the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Danse in Marseille.

She acquires the rigor and the technique of the dance with great teachers such as: Raymond and Ghislaine FRANCHETTI, Marie-Claude DUBUS, Alain ROUILLON and Isabelle HERNANDEZ. She later joined the Ballet National de Marseille under the direction of Marie-Claude PIETRAGALLA who will strongly influence her artistic career.

Through a centered vision of dance centered on the Theatricality of bodywork, Irina develops in her dance the expression of the face, the gestural vocabulary and the harmonization of the movements to communicate, through this gesture, the personality of the artist.

Passionate about stage and choreography, she continued her experiences in Germany as a dancer and then as a choreographic assistant at the Grand Théâtre du Luxembourg, on various creations.

After obtaining her state diploma from Jennifer GOUBE in Paris, she devotes herself to teaching her passion in several conservatories and private schools in which she will bring her three hundred students on several projects of creation in classical dance, contemporary and street dance.

Irina offers you during this course courses of bar on the ground and ballet all levels.
A rhythmic workshop, open to musicians, will also complete the technical classes to explore and share the art of body rhythm and the inseparable relationship of music and dance.
