Summer music training sessions in Lozère

Our association has been organizing music training sessions in Lozère for 31 years.

These training sessions are aimed at musicians preparing for national or international competitions but also at students of all levels wanting to improve in music and dance.

But much more than a place for development, the Academy offers its students many other opportunities: to perform in public during auditions and participate if they wish in workshops such as chamber music and ensemble music.

All participants in our training sessions aim at improving their technique.

• Class of sophrology (to guard against stage fright) : Registration for the course will be the day of your arrival.
• Half-board + child care is particularly recommended for young children. It allows them to spend the evening with their familly without isolating them from the community.

In 2013, 5 separate training sessions took place.

Five training sessions were held in 2013 and were led by more than 40 renowned teachers. They took place in Mende and La Canourgue in Lozère.

This year, the courses will take place in:

• Mende :
  from 15/07/13 to 10/08/13
• La Canourgue :
  from 29/07 to 24/08

  12 concerts and auditions of classical music and a dance show scheduled.

The International Music and Dance Academy of Lozère aims at promoting a high level of musical education. However, it also strives to create magical moments for the audience. Indeed, at the end of each training session, a student audition (free) et a concert by the teachers are scheduled in Lozère.
